How do I check my order or delivery status?
Track your parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. This would be sent as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Do you ship internationally? What is the delivery time?
The shipment takes 3 to 7 business day in Europe and 8 to 12 business days to the rest of the world. Business days are Monday – Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in the shipping days. Due to COVID-19, our delivery times might take longer than usual.

I have not received a confirmation email, was my order successful?
Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number to the email to the email address you have provided in the checkout section of our website. If you do not land on the order confirmation screen, it is possible that your order has not been successful due to a browser issue. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If nothing has arrived to you, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
Not home at the time of the delivery?
For delivery in Denmark, the parcel is delivered to the nearest GLS Pakkeshop. You will receive a SMS or mail when you can pick up your parcel.
For other countries, the courier company will deliver your package three times before returning it to Aviendo. When the courier company is unable to deliver your package, he will leave a tag on your door informing you on the Air Waybill number and the next delivery attempt.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
We can help you change the shipping address as long as your item hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get this changed.
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please email us at email@example.com and let us know your Order Number as found on your Invoice that came inside the parcel and your reason for wanting to return the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as humanly possible with instructions on where to return your order, and any other arrangements such as refund amount or if for example, you want to exchange your item for another.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When will I get my refund after I returned my order?
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
How quickly can I expect my refund?
Once your return is processed, we will initiate a refund automatically to your credit card (or original method of payment). Partial refunds will be initiated in case the item is damaged, washed, or stained. Credit will be received within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?
It is possible to cancel your existing order(s) provided they have not already been shipped. Unfortunately, no orders can be cancelled once they are already processed and fulfilled by our warehouse.
I have not received my package and it has been returned to your warehouse. What should I do?
Packages can be returned to us for a number of reasons such as multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information. Due to the scale of our warehousing operation, we are unable to resend your order to you should it be returned to our warehouse. Once your package is received at our warehouse, we will process it as a return and refund you, provided the parcel returns to us within 15 days.

How is tax calculated?
When ordering items or goods to be delivered outside of the EU, VAT, import charges and various national taxes may be charged when the package arrives at the country of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the payment of any additional costs, fees or taxes.
