Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on our website. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

This site is owned and operated by Aviendo ApS, from its registered address at Esromgade 15, Office 1307, DK-2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark.

PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The purpose of the site is to provide information about Aviendo Fairy Tales, our brand story, products and current activities, and to serve as one of the portals through which our products can be purchased.
 
AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We have taken every care in the preparation of the site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the site at all times.
 
INFORMATION ON THE SITE
The information on the site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
RETURN & REFUND POLICY  
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

Please email us at info@aviendo.com and let us know your Order Number as found on your Invoice that came inside the parcel and your reason for wanting to return the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as humanly possible with instructions on where to return your order, and any other arrangements such as refund amount or if for example, you want to exchange your item for another.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
 
PRODUCT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We try to ensure that all pricing and item descriptions are accurate. Photos have been made available to provide as an accurate reflection as possible of the real item, however, the user must acknowledge that there may be slight colour variations when viewed on screen. We reserve the right to amend prices or descriptions in the event of any accidental inaccuracies.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on the Aviendo Fairy Tales website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we identify that an error has been made in the pricing, availability or description of the item(s) a customer has purchased, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer will have the option of re-confirming the order as per the updated details or cancel the order. In the event that the customer decides to cancel the order due to any inaccuracies, but the customer has already paid for the purchase, a full refund will be given.

Reference to any product or service on the site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available in all countries or that the name and description of any product in your local shop will be the same as that included on the site.

Aviendo ApS is unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and database rights in the site and its contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use licence set out in our copyright notice or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 as applicable or any equivalent legislation as may apply in your country. FORCE MAJEURE
All orders are received with the reservation to force majeure. This includes any event that prevents or limits Aviendo ApS from delivering the order rightfully. Events could be war, civil war, disasters of nature, strikes and lockouts, fires, import/export bans, terror and other events. In case of force majeure we may cancel the order or deliver the item as soon as the problem in the specific situation has expired. In addition, Aviendo ApS is not liable for any loss that the customer may suffer due to force majeure.
 

APPLICABLE LAW
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the site.
These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts.
