At Aviendo we believe that sustainable design concepts should also be environmentally friendly. Here is what we do:

Our paper and product packaging is natural, Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified

We use non-toxic wood from sustainable forestry to protect our environment

Food grade silicone is a non-toxic type of silicone that doesn't contain any chemical fillers or byproducts, making it safe for use even with food. Non-toxic and odorless – contains no BPA, latex, lead nor phthalates. May be 100% recycled at select locations; non-hazardous waste

We use Natural Oil, DGUV Test certified, following EU-directives and other safety and health requirements, also ISO certification.

Brass: The brass industry throughout the world depends on the recycling of brass scrap for its survival. The recycling process for brass is less energy-intensive as compared to aluminum and steel and yields a smaller carbon footprint. The ability to reuse brass from recycled materials is a tribute to an industry that is environmentally conscious regarding its use of natural resources.

Copper has a superior electrical and thermal conductivity, is highly durable, and can be 100% recycled without any loss in performance

Stainless steel is a green product. It is 100% recyclable, as it is not coated with any toxic material it does not produce toxic run-off. Its impact on the environment is minimal when compared to other materials and its life impact reduces significantly as it used and recycled.
